This position drives clear financial visibility by evaluating multi-faceted business cases, pricing models, and key operational metrics. The candidate addresses complex data disparities to provide actionable insight, directly influencing executive decision-making across departments. Strategic cross-functional alignment ensures that underlying enterprise goals and team-level key results are consistently reflected in high-impact reporting.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Design and manage financial models to evaluate business cases, establishing standardized pricing recommendations aligned with growth OKRs
• Analyze performance across past business initiatives; synthesize historical data to deliver actionable strategic recommendations for cross-functional leadership
• Integrate diverse data streams from complex enterprise sources; leverage AI analytics tools to accelerate data synthesis and improve report accuracy
• Build and nurture collaborative cross-functional partnerships across Accounting and Finance to ensure published analyses reflect real-time business performance
• Translate complex data and financial outcomes into digestible executive presentations to facilitate seamless organizational decision-making

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Advanced proficiency in data management tools including Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, SQL, OneStream, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Proven experience leveraging AI Application frameworks to streamline analytical workflows and enhance data modeling efficiency
• Strong problem-solving expertise with a demonstrated ability to synthesize facts, establish baseline metrics, and draw valid strategic conclusions
• High-level oral and written communication skills with deep competence in translating technical financial data into accessible presentations
• Exceptional collaborative capabilities with a history of fostering productive, cross-departmental working relationships
• Solid operational grasp of core accounting and finance principles

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business forecasting
• Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
• Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and SQL
• OneStream or similar enterprise CPM software
• Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
