Part-Time Receptionist – Be the Face of McGrath

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Schedule: Part-Time | 10-15 Hours per Week | Evenings from 1PM or 2PM to 6PM or 8PM | availability to work two rotating Saturdays a Month

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and create a welcoming first impression for every guest.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome
• Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Assist with filing, light administrative tasks, and general office support
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
