PositionDescription BluebirdKidsHealthisseekingadynamic CommunityOutreachCoordinator todrivegrowthandpatientacquisitionbybuildingstrongrelationshipswithhealthcareprovidersandcommunityorganizationsthroughoutSouthFlorida.ReportingtotheDirectorofGrowth,thisroleiscriticaltoourmissionofconnectingfamilieswithexceptionalpediatriccare.TheCommunityOutreachCoordinatorwillleadeffortstoestablishreferralpartnershipswithOB/GYNs,hospitals,andspecialists,whilealsoengagingwithcommunitygroupssuchasdaycares,socialservices,religiouscenters,andotherorganizationsthatservechildrenandfamilies.ThisindividualwillbeoutinthecommunityrepresentingBluebirdKidsHealth,attendingandhostingevents,distributingmaterials,andidentifyingcreativewaystobuildconnectionsthatdriveawarenessandpatientgrowth.Theywillmaintainarobustdatabaseofpartners,reportregularlyonprogress,andbringinnovativeideastoexpandBluebirdKidsHealth’sreach.Theidealcandidateisaself-starterwithstronginterpersonalskills,aknackforcommunitybuilding,andaprovenabilitytodeliverresultsinafast-paced,growth-orientedenvironment.
