Candidates must be a Cheyenne registered journeyman plumbing license holder.As an experienced Plumber at Marv's Plumbing & Heating, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.Benefits Include100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyResponsibilities IncludeDiagnose plumbing system issues and present repair optionsInstall, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sitesInstall water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixturesEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulationsCommunicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgradesProvide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choicesIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goalsFulfill on-call duties according to the department scheduleRequirements2+ years of plumbing service experienceValid Journeyman Plumbing license requiredStrong understanding of plumbing systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of local plumbing codesExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
