Associate / Lead Dentist

Key Responsibilities Include Delivering restorative, operative, cosmetic, and diagnostic procedures, including crowns, veneers, endodontics, implants, and TMJ treatments. Diagnosing and developing personalized treatment plans, with a focus on whole-person health, including sleep-disordered breathing and malocclusion. Driving growth in clear aligner treatments and integrating sleep therapy solutions. Managing a dynamic schedule to optimize member flow and ensure an exceptional patient experience grounded in personalized care, clear communication, and compassion. Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless care delivery and participating in ongoing clinical development. For Lead Dentists, mentoring team members, leading clinical onboarding, and managing studio performance to uphold standards and improve outcomes. Qualifications & Skills DDS or DMD degree, active dental license, and CPR/BLS certification. Invisalign certification; minimum of 2 years clinical experience for Associate Dentists, 6+ years for Lead Dentists. Comfort with digital workflows and modern technology. Strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and a growth mindset aligned with core values such as trust, integrity, and teamwork. Physical capability to perform clinical duties, including manual dexterity and effective communication skills.
