Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU position requiring current GA RRT licensure and recent NICU experience.

Details

• NICU setting within the Respiratory Care/Diagnostic Services department
• Schedule varies 7p-7:30a with every other weekend required
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in NICU respiratory care
• Current NRP certification and Neonatal Delivery experience required
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• GA RRT license required if applicable
• NBRC-RRT and NRP certification required

Additional Information

• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
• Requested time off must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
