Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support clinical research studies and research operations. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and professionals with 0–3 years of experience who are interested in clinical research, healthcare, and life sciences. The Clinical Research Coordinator will work with investigators, research teams, study participants, and other stakeholders to support study activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure research activities are conducted according to study protocols and applicable requirements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned clinical research studies. Assist with participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up. Maintain accurate and complete study records and documentation. Assist with collecting, entering, and reviewing clinical research data. Coordinate study visits and communicate with study participants. Prepare and maintain study-related documents and reports. Ensure study activities are performed according to approved protocols and procedures. Assist investigators and research staff with study-related activities. Track participant information, study milestones, and required documentation. Support data quality checks and resolve discrepancies when identified. Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation. Communicate with internal teams and study stakeholders regarding study activities. Participate in research team meetings and provide study updates. Maintain confidentiality of participant and research information. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Clinical Research Biology Biotechnology Life Sciences Biomedical Sciences Health Sciences Public Health Pharmacy Nursing or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with research teams and study participants.
