Rio Valley Biofuels is hiring an Accounting Clerk in El Paso, TX!/strong/p pThestrongAccounting Clerk/strongis responsible for performing accounting and other financially related tasks in A/R, A/P, and G/L reconciliations accurately and government filings as required by the Accounting Controller./p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liEnsure accounting control policies and procedures are adhered to./li liPerform Accounts Receivable transactions, reconciliations, and ensure all reconciliation sources match daily./li liComplete inquiries as necessary from management, customer, vendors, and co-workers as necessary./li liAdhere to deadlines as established by management./li liPrepare cash transaction entries on a timely basis and verify to cash account daily./li liPrepare accurate and timely monthly entries, adjusting entries and schedules as required./li liEnter accounts payable invoices accurately and timely as indicated by management./li liProcess billing accurately in a timely manner as indicated by management./li liPrepare reconciliations, schedules, and analysis reports as required./li liPrepare and maintain inventory reports on a timely basis to monitor the inventory process./li liPrepare and maintain all accounting databases as instructed by management./li liPrepare and submit any government filling as instructed by management./li liEffectively build relationships with customers and co-workers./li liAbility to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace./li liTrain staff if necessary, in the accounting tasks and in the accounting process./li liProvide Management with reports to allow them to make managerial decisions if necessary./li liProvide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department./li liOther duties as assigned by management./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)./li liAccounting: 1 year (Preferred)./li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to categorize previous budget reports into a detailed pivot table to develop an improved company financial strategy./li /ul pstrongJob Benefits:/strong/p ul li401(k)/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liPaid Time Off/li liTuition Reimbursement/li liVision insurance/li /ul pemstrongBenefit Conditions:/strong/em/p ul liOnly full-time employees are eligible./li /ul p/p pstrongOur number one priority is SAFETY./strong/p Pay Range: - , General Benefits:
