You'll be equipped with the necessary protective gear and resources to help create a healthier, safer workplace for every employee.QualificationsRequired:Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)CPR and First Aid certification (required)6 months to 1 year of professional experiencePreferred:Experience in industrial healthcareFamiliarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulationsPhysical DemandsFrequent standing, walking, and sittingTasks involving pinching, grasping, and grippingReaching from floor level to overheadOccasional stooping and bendingPeriodic computer workLifting 30–50 lbs as neededKey ResponsibilitiesConduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screensPerform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnairesRespond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite centerUtilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDsProvide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)If you're passionate about occupational health and safety, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
