- Respectful to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- You will stay calm in stressful/emotional situations.
- Comfortable using computers.
- You will assist customers through chat and email support.
- 3+ years of experience working with customer support.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid license in state of residence.
