Technical Training Specialist III

Travel: Up to 25% (Regional Travel Required)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist III to design, develop, and deliver impactful training solutions that support operational excellence and business performance. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to transform technical content into engaging learning experiences. Pay: $50.00- $60.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning training programs using the ADDIE methodology
• Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to create structured training curricula
• Facilitate engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually
• Lead training projects through analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
• Update training materials to reflect process, system, and organizational changes
• Support organizational readiness initiatives and workforce development efforts

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and delivering ILT, virtual, and eLearning training
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ADDIE instructional design methodology
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to partner effectively with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technical, operational, manufacturing, utility, or industrial training environments
• Experience supporting system implementations, change management, or process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks such as Kirkpatrick
