A Medical Technologist is a proficient healthcare professional responsible for testing and analyzing blood, bodily fluids, and tissue samples. They operate and maintain the necessary equipment for specimen analysis, ensuring that tests are conducted accurately and promptly.

• A Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or clinical laboratory science.
• Certification as MT (ASCP)/CLS(NCA) or relevant subspecialty certifications such as BB(ASCP), C(ASCP), M(ASCP), etc. is required.
• New graduates will have a one-year grace period from their graduation date to obtain the necessary ASCP/CLS certification, and they must sign an agreement acknowledging this requirement.
• Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy; attention to detail and effective verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and instrumentation, as well as keyboarding skills.
