Position Purpose Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results‑driven fitness programming. Responsibilities Progressive goal setting for every client. Building and equipment maintenance and safety. Conduct initial fitness consultations. Engage with members to drive new client acquisition. Program design for individual client success. Deliver Personal Training Sessions. Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities. Maintain Customer Service Excellence (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution). Act as a fitness expert (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.). Stay informed about new fitness trends. Maintain valid certifications that are current, active, and upheld throughout employment. Requirements for Success Fight hard to win. Punctual and dependable. Takes ownership of results. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality. Team player willing to jump into any task and get it done. Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Must be extremely organized. Can work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced and demanding work environment. Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work. Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early‑mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts. Comfortable with computer/technology, able to shift focus quickly, phone etiquette, and good at math. Portrays a healthy lifestyle. Experience Levels Level 0PT – Entry level (no experience needed; certification in Personal Training and CPR provided in‑house). Session rate: $17.50/hr (All States excluding CA); non‑session rate $17.50/hr (CA only). Level 1 PT – Beginning level trainers. Session rate: $20/hr. Requirements: Less than 1 year of experience; holds a CPT or a bachelor’s degree in an exercise science discipline. Level 2 PT – Experienced trainers. Session rate: $25/hr. Requirements: 2 certifications or 1 year verified industry experience; valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days of employment (in‑person). Additional Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. Compensation Hourly position with pay ranging from $13 to $30 USD. Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus.
