Title Operations Supervisor

Job Summary Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by overseeing operational functions related to providing title services to customers. Job Responsibilities Manages and leads teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, provide support to branches to clear title, and focuses on customers Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met Supervises the daily activities of support or team members Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities for direct reports Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager Applies operational business practices and coordinates with other closely related areas to improve efficiency Impacts the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team and its contribution to the department Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day technical and operational problems Explains information, conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues Has formal supervisory responsibilities; coordinates resources and sets daily priorities of direct reports to meet operational objectives Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred Experience Typically requires 6+ years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities. Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $105,456.00 annually. The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
