Warehouse AssociateBoca Raton, Florida, United StatesRemas Company, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a (Floral) company in Boca Raton, FL. This is a temporary position with full time hours and overtime. Approximately, 40 to 50 hours per week.As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and package flower orders for shipment, ensuring they are accurate and completeOrganize and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepanciesOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and store materialsKeep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation standardsAssist with loading and unloading trucks as neededCommunicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operationsFollow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocolsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to learn and take on new tasksFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as neededWe offer competitive pay and benefits for our temporary employees, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
