Logistics Coordinator

To support omnichannel distribution during a team member's leave, the full-time Logistics Coordinator contractor will manage international inbound freight execution, oversee Amazon inbound programs, and ensure transaction accuracy while working remotely within the U.S. or Canada. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day international inbound freight execution, including creating bookings and resolving shipment exceptions Manage Amazon inbound programs end-to-end, including FBA shipment creation, labeling, and inventory removals Coordinate customs clearance and trade compliance, ensuring documentation accuracy and responding to inquiries from customs authorities Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, preferably in consumer electronics or CPG Hands-on experience with international ocean and air freight management, including booking and exception resolution Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA shipment processes, and AWD operational requirements Working knowledge of customs and trade compliance, including HTS classification and commercial documentation Experience with ERP systems and performing month-end inventory reconciliations
