Torrid is hiring a Keyholder in Rogers, AR to support store management and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help open/close the store, supervise daily operations, and lead a team focused on customer service and sales.
You will be expected to drive KPI results, model Torrid’s selling approach, and ensure visuals and promotions align with brand standards. Strong flexibility for schedules is required.
