Job Description

Avera Medical Group Nephrology in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a board certified/board eligible Nephrologist to join our current group of nine elite nephrologists.

State of the art acute and chronic dialysis including multiple in-center chronic hemodialysis units, home peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis and all forms of acute dialysis including CRRT.
Provide care for patients with a wide variety of renal disease including pre/post transplant care.
Outreach to Avera clinics and dialysis care provided to several rural locations in the region.
Hospital employed opportunity with one of the region's largest healthcare providers, Avera Health.
South Dakota is ranked one of the top 10 states for physicians (WalletHub, 2025).
Opportunity for clinical faculty appointment with the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine.
