Are you a highly organized, energetic, and experienced office professional looking to work in a dynamic and caring healthcare environment? We are a dedicated chiropractic & wellness practice with a mission to provide exceptional patient care. We're looking for a Patient Wellness Coordinator to help the Doctor oversee the procedures and systems of the office.

This is a key position where you will be instrumental in the success of our practice, working with a small but dedicated team and overseeing administrative and operational functions. You will need to be a Team Player, and willing to do whatever it takes to help foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

Key Areas:

Patient Wellness Coordinator

• Educate patients on the value of Chiropractic Care and a Healthy Lifestyle.
• Explain Financial plans and insurance coverage.
• Assist the doctor in taking patient visit notes.
• Assist with exams and tours of the office.

Front Office Support

• Assisting the Front Desk position:
• • Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls.
  • Verifying insurance benefits and collecting co-pays/patient balances.
  • Maintaining patient files and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Recording stats/logs for the practice as necessary.
  • Maintain and implement efficient office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the critical backup for the front desk position, in times of staff absence.

Marketing & Business Development

• Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing ones:
• • Social media posts to increase visibility and patient engagement
  • “Lunch and Learn” education workshops at local businesses
  • Massage pamper events for local companies
  • Physician referrals
• Track marketing events and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in a medical, dental, or chiropractic office setting.
• Demonstrated success as a team player
• Proven experience with implementing effective operational procedures.
• Understanding of medical/chiropractic billing and insurance verification preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office.
