Laboratory Technician

Base pay range $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr Responsible for the manufacturing of aqueous and solid samples produced on a daily basis. This is a fast-paced, entry-level lab position with training and advancement possibilities. Requirements: Fast-paced, team work environment Laboratory skills are preferred but not required, willing to train on site. Able to meet strict deadlines in an effective and safe manner. Required to wear PPE such as latex gloves, safety glasses, lab coats, full length pants, and closed toe leather shoes. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred but not required, training available on site. Experience working in a lab environment is preferred but not required. Our production team is able to train on site utilizing their experience and procedures to properly train willing individuals. This is a manufacturing site, experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team work environment. Must be goal-driven and work well with others. Projects vary from individual projects to working with a team depending on size and technologies. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm, 30-minute lunch break. Once properly trained schedules can be modified. Temp to hire depending on quality of work and attendance, etc. Will be wearing PPE.
