Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role will lead high-visibility integration efforts following the recent acquisition of a financial company. Managing a dynamic environment with lots of moving pieces, this individual will take the reigns to drive project plans, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic delivery.

This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Manage various aspects of complex business projects related to a recent acquisition, ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives and business requirements
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Cybersecurity, Finance, and other business functions to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive project outcomes
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely delivery and project visibility
Analyze project data to identify discrepancies, monitor project performance, assess risks, and support mitigation efforts
Prepare and deliver clear, concise project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

7+ years of proven experience in formal Project Management, with a track record of driving delivery without needing hand-holding
Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build relationships, lead high-stakes meetings, and unite diverse business units
Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (MS Project experience is a strong plus), alongside comfort using Google Slides and Sheets
Exceptional data analysis and "dot-connecting" skills, demonstrating a high degree of analytical capability to spot discrepancies and make strategic recommendations
Impeccable communication and presentation skills tailored for exposure to senior leadership
High attention to detail and personal integrity to manage sensitive acquisition data and timeline tracking

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

Direct experience working on Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects or complex corporate integrations
Strong domain background or project experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance/Banking workflows
Prior project management support experience within a corporate environment or similar enterprise financial institutions

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
