Job Description

What you will need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Compensation

Base Pay: $30.00Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $37.69Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
