Original Management Group owns and oversees apartment communities and is seeking an experienced, dependable, and organized Apartment Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a multifamily residential property in College Station, Texas.

We are looking for a proactive professional who understands apartment operations, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, and property performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving problems, leading onsite operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming community for residents.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates is a MUST.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community.
• Manage leasing activity, prospect follow-up, apartment availability, and lease renewals.
• Help maintain strong occupancy and resident retention.
• Coordinate rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and resident account issues.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, unit turns, and make-ready schedules with maintenance personnel and vendors.
• Conduct property inspections and help maintain clean, safe, and well-presented grounds and common areas.
• Maintain accurate resident files, lease documents, reports, and property records.
• Monitor property performance and communicate operational needs, challenges, and updates to ownership.
• Ensure leasing and property operations follow applicable fair housing laws, landlord-tenant requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate vendor services and follow up to ensure work is completed appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, occupancy, collections, and overall property performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing or assisting with the management of an apartment community or multifamily property.
• Knowledge of apartment leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow through, and work independently.
• Comfortable using email, basic computer programs, and property management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and ownership.
• A dependable, professional approach to handling resident concerns and property responsibilities.

Strongly preferred:

• Previous experience as an Apartment Property Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Property Manager.
• Experience with property management software, occupancy reporting, delinquency tracking, and maintenance coordination.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Hourly pay: $25.00–$30.00, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
• Employment type: Full-time W-2 employee.
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week.
• Pay frequency: Bi-Weekly.
• Location: On-site in College Station, Texas.
• Benefits: This position does not currently include employer-sponsored benefits or paid time off.

This is an onsite property management position for someone who takes pride in keeping an apartment community organized, operating efficiently, and providing residents with professional service.
