Compliance Engineer

As a Compliance Engineer, you'll partner with teams across the organization to ensure products, suppliers, and systems meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional who enjoys analyzing data, solving problems, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities Regulatory and Standards Monitoring: Monitors applicable quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Maintains and integrates compliance requirements into relevant processes. Compliance Reporting: Develops and maintains compliance metrics, summaries, and trend analysis to evaluate supply chain and internal system effectiveness. Supplier Development: Supports supplier compliance activities including supplier development, documentation support, training on applicable requirements, and monitoring supplier responsiveness to quality and compliance requests. Customer Support: Supports customer requests including product compliance documentation, customer surveys, quality management system questionnaires, certifications, and other compliance inquiries. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve compliance systems, metrics, and efficiency using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure compliance requirements are effectively integrated into business processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical major Coursework in Statistics, Materials and Manufacturing Processes Preferred Qualifications Four years Technical College Degree in an Engineering Discipline (BSME, BSMS, BSEE) or equivalent Familiarity with supplier and customer compliance requirements Experience with document control systems and quality management software Experience working in an ISO registered facility Reell Precision Manufacturing offers competitive compensation and benefits. For this exempt position, the pay range is expected to be between $75,000 – $115,000 annually. Please note that the pay range is a good faith estimate of the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as the actual work location.
