This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and reason about code. No computer science degree or professional experience required — if you can spot a bug or explain why a function isn't working, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
• Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
• Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
• Suggest concrete improvements and explain your reasoning clearly in writing
• Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning different difficulty levels and domains
• Complete assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
• Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting what's wrong and knowing how to fix it
• Clear written communicator — you can explain technical issues in plain language
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• No formal CS degree or professional software experience required — self-taught developers and coding hobbyists are strongly encouraged to apply

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages
• Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
• Background in competitive programming, open source contribution, or personal projects
• Comfort using online IDEs or code editors
