Job Summary

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: delivering, picking up and distributing mail, making campus runs, photocopying, and filing, computer work, typing; acting as receptionist, answering the telephone and assisting students with various questions. Must be people oriented and able to multi-task. Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned. This position can be either on or off campus. Can work up to 19 hours per week. Pay: $15.00 an hour

Required Education

Required Skills & Abilities

• Check and respond to all emails
• Use outlook calendar to schedule appointments for advisors
• Assist inquiring students about the application process for TRIO
• Answer general questions regarding the TRIO program
• Maintain clean area around the desk and in the computer lab
• Assist students in the log-in process
• Fill printer and fax machine with paper
• Help organize and promote TRIO events
• Create flyers for TRIO events
