Position Details Ready for one-on-one patient care? In partnership with our Home Healthcare Team, our Physical Therapists are responsible for documenting therapy goals and rehab services provided.

This can be a PRN contract, Part-time or Full-Time Hourly, or Salaried position

Pay rate: $75 - $90 per visit
