About Us:
J And N Flooring, LLC is a trusted provider of high-quality epoxy flooring solutions. We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Foreman to lead our installation crews and ensure top-tier project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate epoxy flooring projects from start to finish.
• Lead a team of installers, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Oversee surface preparation, epoxy mixing, and application processes.
• Ensure job sites meet safety and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to maintain project timelines. Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.
• Proven leadership or foreman experience in the flooring industry.
• Strong knowledge of epoxy application techniques and surface preparation.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a team effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits:
