Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within an integrated healthcare setting in the greater Los Angeles region of southern California.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, on-site role
• Monday Friday schedule (7:30 AM 6:30 PM)
• Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
• Deliver direct behavioral health care: assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination
• Serve diverse patients across the lifespan and across a wide range of behavioral health needs
• Use evidence-based approaches: brief therapy, problem-solving therapy, behavioral activation
• Partner with medical providers, psychiatrists, families, and community agencies for integrated care
• Connect patients with insurance, community resources, and support services
• Participate in treatment planning and behavioral health consults
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance
• Contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence
• Help individuals and families improve overall health and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (MSW, MA, or equivalent)
• Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 3 5 years of clinical experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Integrated behavioral health models
  • Mental health recovery principles
  • Harm reduction practices
  • Crisis intervention and behavioral management
  • Age-specific growth and development
  • HIPAA regulations and behavioral health compliance standards
  • Clinical documentation and healthcare administration practices
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferred
• FQHC or nonprofit healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
