Qualifications & Experience

• Valid SC Multi Categorical License (Required)
• Current CPI Certification
• Previous experience working with severe/intense behavioral needs
• Familiarity with modified grade level instruction
• Demonstrated experience working in both educational and clinical environments

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instructional support to a caseload of 15 students, ages 12-18
• Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet specific student needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a psychiatric treatment setting
• Foster a safe, supportive, and structured classroom environment
• Utilize CPI techniques to support students’ emotional and behavioral regulation
