Utilities Technician, 2nd shift Wednesday-Saturday

Shift Schedule Utilities Technician (Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am; training Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm for first few weeks). Premium shifts may receive incentive pay (shift differential and/or weekend pay). Responsibilities Maintain water room and boiler room equipment, including pumps, motors, clean/plant utilities pre-treatment systems, WFI stills, Clean Steam Generators, high pressure steam, plant steam boilers, boiler controls, condensate return, natural gas, domestic potable water, tepid water, wastewater, and related piping. Troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs on Clean Utility and Plant Utility equipment and systems. Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Participate in a rotational on‑call schedule for site emergency work. Qualifications & Skills Adept at reading and/or understanding piping, electrical, and instrumentation drawings. Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude related to utilities being maintained. Ability to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs. Comfortable and flexible working in a changing environment. Ability to learn and follow routine procedures. Education & Experience Willing and able to work Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am. Ideally: AAS degree (Engineering or Construction Technologies) with 2+ years related experience, or HSD/GED with 5+ years related experience (preferably in a cGMP environment).
