Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) - New Graduates are welcome!

Location: Archdale, NC & Greensboro, NC Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Schedule:

• Three days per week: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM
• Two days per week: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. This opportunity offers the ability to work with a diverse patient population while providing individualized, evidence-based treatment in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation services to optimize patient outcomes.
• Treat a variety of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, back and neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery strategies, home exercise programs, and overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Foster a positive patient experience and contribute to a team-oriented clinic culture.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Preferred:

• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus but not required.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
