Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Location: Winchester, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will possess essential RN skills, with experience in behavioral health and medical-surgical settings. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to geriatric patients facing psychological challenges, with a focus on dementia-related conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to psychiatric patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and utilize the EHR system.
• Assist in patient evaluations and treatment strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification.
• CPI/HWC certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health.
