Required Skills

• Financial analysis and modeling
• Budgeting and forecasting
• IT cost management and TBM practices
• Month-end close processes
• Stakeholder relationship management

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting IT organizations
• Knowledge of enterprise financial planning tools
• Certification in TBM (e.g., CTBA)
• Familiarity with Oracle, OneStream, or similar platforms
• Understanding of GAAP and capital versus operating expenses

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• 4–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in the technology or telecom industry
• Supporting IT or technology-focused finance environments preferred
