General Description Regional Field Manager responsible for maintaining attention to detail and time management to ensure day‑to‑day items are completed. Strong driver management focus required and the need to establish and maintain working relationships with drivers and other employees to retain drivers on account while meeting revenue goals. Must have strong communication skills, multitask, and make decisions quickly under pressure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for a group of dedicated drivers. Ensure optimum utilization of company assets while meeting daily customers needs. Work closely with drivers and team leaders to grow the business while controlling costs. Serve as direct liaison between the account and Maverick, ensuring effective information sharing. Understand regional pay model and compute regional linehaul estimates. Ensure accuracy of driver pay and proactively make corrections when needed. Work with team lead to help drivers achieve linehaul revenue goals. Manage, assign, delegate, and direct duties of drivers. Appraise performance, coach, counsel, reward, and discipline drivers. Maintain harmony among workers and resolve conflicts. Terminate drivers if necessary. Support and enforce operational and personnel policies, company programs, and procedures. Communicate with extended services on after‑hours events as needed. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and participating in appropriate training. Ensure company confidentiality.
