Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly Hourly Pay $21.50 per hour Additional Pay: $1.00 when working night shift Schedules: Night Shift Monday-Friday 5:00 pm - 1:30 am Benefits On the Job Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 K etc. Start at 30 Days Paid Time Off 401 K offers a company match 15 % Employee Stock and Employee Discount Employee Discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, cell phones, travel and more Safety Gear PROVIDED Safety is Always the First Priority State of the Art Equipment and Caring Leadership Requirements High school diploma or equivalent One year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred One year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates customer service skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with peers, supervisors, customers and all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Flexibility to operate and self‑driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices Responsibilities Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed Updates location’s WMS system and updates area or shift metrics as needed Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries of technical and/or confidential nature Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift and maintains filing systems and documents Floor work and additional duties as assigned Gathers from and provides information to floor employees in his/her area of support Coordinates activities, meetings and communication for the specific area or shift Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or if location specific Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
