Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Physical Therapist!

Job Description:


- Shift: 8 or 10-hour Day Shift
- Start Date: Fixed, non-flexible
- Location: Must live within 100-mile radius
- Time Off: Maximum of 5 days of RTO allowed
- Unit: PT
- License: Active AZ PT license required
- Certifications: AHA BLS certification needed
- Case Types: Involves working with total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis
- Caseload: Manage 8-10 patients per day
- Setting: Acute Inpatient
- Areas Covered: ED and Med Surg
- Required Experience:
- At least 1-year experience outside of clinicals
- Understanding of pathology and lab values
- Proficient in interdisciplinary communication
- Additional Staff: PTAs will be present to assist
- Schedule:
- 5x8's with flexible weekend coverage (2-3 days/month)
- 4x10 (either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)
- No self-scheduling available
- Holidays: Rotating holiday schedule
- Scrub Color: Royal Blue
- Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel hours equivalent to the weekly guaranteed hours for the assignment
- Charting System: EPIC
- BSN Required: Yes
- License to Submit: Required
- Trauma Level: 2
- Care Setting: Acute
- Division: Allied
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 91 weeks
