Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR- Operating Room - Travel

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures: General, ENT, orthopedics, robotics, neuro, trauma, and vascular cases
• Provide post-surgical care and ensure patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with surgical teams and circulate during cases as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Adhere to all hospital and unit protocols, including the use of the EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - OR- Operating Room - Travel

• BLS, ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• 2-3 years of OR nursing experience and 2-3 previous travel assignments
• Experience in orthopedics required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Experience with scrubbing preferred but not required
