MLee Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Case Management to join the leadership team of one of our esteemed independent hospitals near Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, onsite role offers unparalleled benefitssee details below!
Director Of Case Management Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour leadership for clinical practice and operational functions in case management.
- Develop and supervise the case management team.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and professional practice standards.
- Lead the assessment, development, and evaluation of safe, cost-effective care.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, and the community.
- Be accountable for the cost-effective financial performance of resources.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and address competencies.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years' hospital experience; prior management experience is a plus.
- Current certification as a Case Management Administrator is preferred.
