Sales Representative

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position.

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This position will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and developing long-term relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers across targeted industries.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday

Travel:

• This position requires regular travel to customer facilities, trade shows, industry events, and other business functions.
• Travel expectations will vary based on the assigned territory but may include overnight travel.
• Expect to spend significant time in the field meeting customers and prospects rather than performing the majority of their work from the office.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience developing new customers and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship development.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM systems.

• Consistently generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Develop multiple relationships within strategic target accounts.
• Proactively prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and face-to-face meetings.
• Create customer relationships while formal RFQs are issued.
• Understand customer needs and position TH Plastics as a strategic manufacturing partner.
• Maintain accurate and current CRM information and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, estimating, quality, tooling and operations.
• Meet established activity, pipeline, new-customer and revenue objectives.
• Represent TH Plastics professionally and continuously expand the company's network and market presence.
