We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities Lead the line during service, ensuring food is prepared to standard and plated consistently. Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization. Maintain a clean and efficient workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support the kitchen team and communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff. Help train and mentor line cooks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen. Strong knife skills and knowledge of grill, sauté, and fry stations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
