Description

Big Two Toyota Scion of Chandler is the #1 volume servicing Toyota/Scion dealer in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Earn up to 6% of the services you sell/write:
Customer pay parts & Labor
Warranty parts & labor
Internal parts & labor
Plus an opportunity to earn CSI bonuses.

Our new 122,000 square foot facility is one of the largest and most advanced Toyota/Scion dealerships in the country. Come and work in our brand new state-of-the-art facility in Chandler!

 

Skills/ Requirements

 

Skills / Requirements
Must be energetic, self-starter and highly motivated
Understanding on Dealer Management Systems such as Dealertrack, R&R, ADP or UCS
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and problem solving abilities
Strong customer service skills
Good driving record
Proven track record with sales production & CSI standards
A dedication to customer satisfaction is a must!
