Machine Operator – 1st ShiftWe are hiring experienced Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in the Tulsa area. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Tulsa Area | $23+/Hour | 1st ShiftResponsibilitiesSet up and operate manufacturing equipment.Review work orders, blueprints, and job instructions.Stage materials for production.Perform routine machine setup and basic maintenance.Operate equipment according to job specifications.Perform first-piece and periodic inspections.Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality.Monitor production and identify potential quality issues.Properly tag and organize finished materials.Move completed materials to the appropriate next stage of production.Complete required production and quality paperwork.Maintain a clean and safe work area.What We're Looking ForPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience.Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.Comfortable working with measurements and tolerances.Strong attention to detail and quality.Dependable with a strong work ethic.Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.Pay: $23+/hour, depending on experience Shift: 1st Shift Location: Tulsa Area This is a safety-sensitive position.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
