Quality Inspector

CDP Fastener Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our warehouse team. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to ensure they meet customer, company, and industry quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Verify product dimensions, quantities, labeling, and packaging. Identify, document, and report quality issues or non-conforming materials. Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation. Ensure products are packaged and prepared according to customer requirements. Assist with inventory cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform other quality and warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous quality inspection, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, purchase orders, and product specifications. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the warehouse. Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment after training.
