Join our Team!
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Optician to join our team! The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, lenses, and frames.
- Make suggestions on frames and assist patients in choosing the best option for them.
- Measure, fit, adjust, and repair eyeglasses.
- Assist with frame displays, sales, and daily optical operations.
- Explain pricing, insurance, and payment options to the patient thoroughly
- Operate under all HIPPA and confidentiality regulations
Qualifications
- Previous optical experience preferred, but training is available.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team- oriented environment.
