Qualities of a Good Griller

• Efficient: A good griller works quickly and efficiently to provide the quantity of products needed to keep up with our volume of business.
• Organized and Focused: A good griller stays focused on one or two tasks at a time and completes those tasks before moving on to something else.
• Attention to Cleanliness and Sanitation: Much of a griller's job is involved with maintaining standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. A good griller must be aware of our cleaning and sanitation standards and must maintain them consistently.
• Warm and Friendly: A good griller must possess a personality that will make our guests feel at home and confident that they are receiving what they ordered.
• Team Player: A good griller is always aware of what's going on in the kitchen and is ready and willing to help others get the job done.

Cashier Functions and Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers
• Upselling to customers
• Ringing guests' orders into the POS system
• Properly charging the guest and collecting payment for orders providing each guest with a receipt
• Processing credit, debit and gift card transactions
• Answering the phone
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintaining cash drawers counting cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift
• Stocking counters and holding cabinets
• Cleaning tables and chairs and collecting trays
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work station
• Maintaining sanitary standards keeping floor in work area clean and free of debris
• Being a team player – supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
