Accounting Clerk

Job Description Job Description System One is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for a client in Tulsa. This is a full-time opportunity with a growing organization that offers a collaborative work environment and long-term potential. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Enter and maintain accurate financial records Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting Support month-end accounting activities Perform data entry and general administrative accounting duties Qualifications: Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience preferred Knowledge of AP/AR processes and general accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
