Have you always dreamt of having the Summers off? Do you enjoy enriching and making a difference in the lives of young children? If so Harmony Day Montessori School might be the place for you! We are looking for a full time Toddler co-teacher. You will work closely with the current toddler teacher and assistant to provide basic care and guidance to the children.

Some job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum that promotes physical education, social skills, and cognitive development.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Provide care and supervision for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
• Assess and document children's progress in accordance with developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
