What You'll Do: Provide and oversee high-quality, resident-centered nursing care. Assess residents' health and coordinate individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions. Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Foster a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and team members alike. What We're Looking For: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida. Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A compassionate, dependable professional dedicated to providing outstanding resident care.
