What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans based on evaluations
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively
• Collaborate with the team to address inmates' mental health needs

What You Need

Required:

• Active CA LCSW or LPCC license
• US citizenship (necessary for ICE clearance)
• Prior experience with mental health assessments and counseling
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during days or evenings

Preferred:

• Experience working in correctional or forensic settings
• Strong crisis intervention skills
